TLK 1.4.0.1?

I went to reinstall my TLK 1.4, and found a file named "tlk_update_1.0.4.1.exe" (that apparantly I downloaded and forgot about a few months ago). I can't see any official updates, nor will running it let me install it (keeps saying "wrong folder selected"). Does anyone know if this is an official update, or how to install it?

I think that is Kai Ludwigs persistent and interactive world patch. Look in the following thread and you will see he did a few more since that original one. Grab the newest patch and it should install fine. there was a problem with the original patch where you had to place a dummy files called dummy.bat in the main directory for the installer to work. also these patches are designed to go over a default install of TGE/tlk mno updates from CVS or anything else. just the default unzip.
