@Tim - The callstack works when your stopped at a breakpoint. It shows the stack of function calls up to the current breakpoint. Double clicking on one of the items in the callstack will take you to the location and allow you to inspect the watch state at that stack level.

I plan on doing a few more little fixes to it, but it's pretty much how it will be in the Torsion 1.0 release.

Hey Tom, any plans to add a local/autos variable window to Torsion? Also, when hovering over a variable, any chance you could mimic VS2005? If you do, it would be very helpful to be able to expand the object of a member variable.

@William - I'm not sure what 2005 does as i've not just yet upgraded, but i'll be looking into it most likely after the first Torsion release.

The watch window has an upcoming update. I plan on incorporating user set watches along with locals in the same list. The plan so far is to have an expanding top section which can be toggled on/off which has locals. Autos isn't something i've thought of so far, but i could maybe include those as well.

Expansion of compound vars is another area i will fix before the first Torsion release. It will take some changes to the TelnetDebugger first which i have not completed.

Torsion really needs to just be bought by GarageGames and included with all versions of Torque. It really is a no brainer.

I'm a big fan of GG... but no one will own the rights to Torsion other than us.

Now publishing rights is a different story. ;)

Torsion is great and many of us at GG use it. Tom and his team has done a great job on it and presently it works well as a third party solution. In the future we may come to a point of solidly supporting and recommending Torsion. Though Tom and his team are busy on some other awesome projects so we definately don't want to put pressure on him :) Still, personaly I strongly beleive Torsion is the best Torque Script editor out there, hands down.

Add: heck we even have a torsion project in the repo ;)
