Looking for interior modeler

I'm looking for somebody experienced in interior modeling to build me an interior (a small "maze") that will be used in a psychology experiment at the University of Oregon. I'd prefer that the interior be designed in QuArK, but I'd be open to other alternatives as well. What I'd like delivered are the DIF files as well as the source files (so I can edit them in the future). Basically, I want to be able to plug into TGE the interior you build so I can start scripting my experiment. For this job I'm currently offering a (somewhat negotiable) payment of $40.
Background
I'm a PhD student at the University of Oregon and I'm developing a new experiment that will be looking at spatial memory in humans. It's somewhat humorous to note that a rat version of this experiment already exists; now I want to replicate this experiment in humans, so that my subjects will experience as nearly as possible what rats experience as they run through a "12-arm radial maze".
Interior needed
The interior that I need built is a 12-arm radial maze. This is basically a circle with 12 pathways extending radially from it. A couple pictures of what this looks like are shown here: http://www.uoregon.edu/~huddles/maze.htm. In the experiment, subjects will always be within the maze. I'll be making objects that will be placed in the ends of the arms. And, as shown in the pictures, the top of the maze will be open. The rat maze I'm trying to replicate has clear walls, so I'd prefer that the maze you build also has clear walls; but if this is a problem, opaque walls might be fine too.
Please let me know if you're interested in this job, and we can work out any other details. Thanks!
