Localizing/Translating TDN, will it happen?

Hello,
I was woundering wherever there will be any translation of TDN to other languages, or if it is possible to do so inside TDN. If there will be translation, I will want to know when will I be able to start, if I will be able to, and how will it be done?

If you have been to TDN, you notise there is still alot to do there just to complete it. he he

About a month ago I spoke with GG and they said they are looking forward to expand the community and will allow other languages to be used on TDN.
I already created "Russian Torque Community", it's not big, but it's exsist. So, we were talking about having "Public" and "Private" forums for us. The public is okay. We based it on www.GameDev.ru website. The "private", due to EULA limitation we can't use public places for that. Currently we mostly use IRC for source discussion and PM/emails. As soon as TDN will grow "a bit" we will jump in there.

I did want to jump in here that GarageGames isn't going to be officially supporting non-english articles/information on TDN (or any other site), but we're not going to get in the way of it either.
