Do you guys have a date on when the V12 Tech will be for sale? I'm getting a team together, and i need to know when i can get my hands on the goods.

We're still shooting for the end of this month, but Rick is on his honeymoon right now and I'm only one working on it. I haven't been through all the code yet. When Rick gets back we'll be able to finish up the first pass pretty quick, at which point we'll a better of were we stand.

I hope its soon. Even a beta release would be better than nothing. I would pay a large sum of $$$ just to see an advance copy.....

well there can't be a beta cause it's complete. what their doing now is getting all the tribes 2 code out, and they can't release the engine with ANY tribes 2 code inside of it...

I would think it's difficult to differentiate between "tribes II" code and "engine code". I don't envy your task.

Just make sure you don't get happy. ;)
