B4 - Updating "Tilemaps" Section of Level Editor

After exiting the "Tile Editor" the "TileMaps" section of the "Level Editor" should scan for lyr files and update without requring a restart of the Level Editor.

While Trivial, I'm putting down stuff that should be in the tool for a Release Ready Product.

I just put this into our internal build yesterday, so the next release should have this :)
