Copyright of assets created in 3d program

This question is a bit difficult to explain and covers a rather large area, but let me try.
The copyright on some criterion of assets is very clear to understand e.g.

I create a texture in Photoshop using the filters etc. This is fine to use in my game.

I create a 3D model from scratch in Max, this is fine to use in my game.

I export a texture directly from Max

UV export of materials into a texture is fine. Now, copying the shaders materials out and distributing them is a different issue. Justl ike rendering Poser files is okay, but using the meshes included (or Daz3D meshes) in an application is a violation of your terms.
