You will need to open a command console window and navigate to the folder. Then map2dif the .map file. Then copy the DIF and textures into your interiors directory.

Then make a totally_sweet_level directory under start.fps/data/interiors .
Then copy the DIF and textures to the totally_sweel_level directory.
Get into TGE and get into the World Editor. Press F4 and find the data/interiors/totally_sweet_level directory and interior. Add it. Relight the scene.

I believe that if you just typed map2dif without any parameters, it would have given you the instructions. Perhaps you have to have a /help in there. I can't remember.

Check your console to see if there was an error loading it.

EDIT:
Also make sure your textures are in the directory as well. I don't know how GLB exports data since I have never used it in my life. You might want to load the textures into Photoshop, the GiMP, or other editing software and make sure that they are powers of two.

Also, you might have to tweak some of the settings in GLB to make sure that the geometry created doesn't error out map2dif. Did you get any errors in map2dif when you converted it?
