Player Rotates and Ascends using stock animation

Hi,
I am trying to use my character with the Orcs stock animation. I used the orc biped and skinned my player with it. However as soon as any animation starts playing the character ascends a distance above the ground and it rotates about 90 degrees. This problem is giving my artist and me a strong headache so help will be really apreciated.

What usually happens is that character works fine with initial skinning. After tweaking the envelopes a bit to get a better character rig, the problem happens.

I have searched all over the forums for a similar problem found one but with no obvious solution proposed http://www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=30710.

Make sure not to export the "bip01" node

I am using the player.cfg that comes with the torque_max_filepack. I think this ensures that I don't export the bip01 node...

I have found a solution to this problem. Just make sure that you have your .cfg file in the same directory as your .max file. Probably the Load Configuration button doesn't work correctly.

Well, I have also used all the things above ,but it still shows uncorrectly. In the showtool it turns 90 degrees , move upward and some vertices of the pelvis are teared to foot. Do you have any suggestion?

I would appreciate you so greatly if you can help me out .

Make sure that you place the player.cfg that comes with the torque_max_filepack in the directory you are exporting to and in the directory that contains your max file. Check the dump file, if you see any reference that your Bip01 node is exported then thats the problem. If the problem persists, send me your max file i might be able to help.

Well, Mostafa Ashour , I tried again and did what you have told me . But it seems no effact. I checked the dump.dmp file and wondered where the promblem is because I'm such a newfresh on working on the engine . Will you be so kind to spend some minutes on my .max file ? , ps: I have e-mailed to your " ashour@khayalie.com" account , but was refused by the system , then how could I transmit it to you ?
