Gui Profile question, ie. New text profile

Right.....Apologies for posting such a simple question.
I've looked everywhere, and I can't work out how to add a new GUItextcontrol working guys.
Basically, I've added some new fonts into my GUI. I'd like to create, for example a GuiHighScoreTextProfile , a GuiNameInputTextProfile, etc etc, on top of the GuiMediumTextProfile etc. that we already have.
I can see how you can change all the text to use a different font from the default Arial in defaultprofile.cs, but I want more control over it all. Not a blanket font change over the entire Front-End....I'd like to keep Arial on the small stuff, but have other fonts for the big stuff....If this makes sense...
Can anyone help me? I'd be more that grateful.
