How to buy TGE from my country?

Hi guys!
I live in Vrsac, Yugoslavia.
And my city & country isnt avaible when i go to buy TGE from GG!
I have: visa card, and dina card.
Can i buy TGE from Vrsac?
But how would i get that packet(box, cds & book, i suppost)?
Plz, help me!

Ah, so i can just type some other country & city, and all i need to have is my username & password, and i have access to anywere (related to TGE), even TDN, right?
P.S. How much time, do i need to wait, from order -> to recive "note - Torque SDK owner", and that access ofcourse ?
Then, it's perfect!

I'm not sure about the country & city stuff (iirc the site has an anti-fraud system which checks the card details and country/city used on the order are the same) you're need to try it or wait for someone from GG to post here.
As long as theres no problems, I think it's almost instant...

Okay, i will wait for someone from GG, since i am still not too sure yet about buying it
