Sound issue

Hi, has anyone had trouble with 5.1 surround sound in Torque?My speakers work fine with dvds and music so the speakers aren't the problem. Even the sound in the starter fps and starter racing kit don't work. Anyone know what the trouble could be?Maybe Torque initializing has a problem with the sound device but it doesn't say anything.

It works for me. Keep in mind that a sound needs to be maked as a 3d Audio type, and it also needs to be a single-channel sound.

My sound are all ok, they're all mono oggs, they're profiles and descriptions are fine....work fine with headphones and stereo speakers,it's just the 5.1 speakers won't play anything in Torque. I'm still messing with it. Thanks for the reply though.

Just for anyone who stumbles on this thread with the same issue. It was an OpenAL problem. I had to download an older version of OpenAL that the current one.
