TSE Doxygen Docs

I have download TSE and compiled it just fine. For some reason however when I run Doxygen on the source code I get the docs for TGE. Specifically I am looking for the documentation on GFX and I keep getting the docs on DLG instead.

I am using the DOxygen 1.4.6 wizard to load the cfg file that comes with TSE. The only change I have made is to make the cfg file point to the TSE directory instead of torque.

I have even gone and dropped the TGE source on a CD and removed it from my hard drive leaving only the TSE code. No they weren't in the same directory to begin with that would be silly :), I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't having both code bases on the same drive that was causing it.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening? I cannot see what I might be doing wrong.
