Soldier model animation not working

I have put the free soldier model in my game so that the player is the soldier and the orcs are still orcs. I made a new folder for the human and added a new datablock in the server\player.cs file. When i went to test it the animations did not work. the soldier is just sliding along on the ground. Any suggestions?
