Ok i'm having concerns with some of the end user agreemnent.
This i have more problems with. Basically even if i don't publish the game, this means that with my MMORPG you still can do whatever you want with it correct? And about the 5 year thing is that 5 yeahrs once the game's released or just 5 years from the license, or engine release?

I don't mind this as much except that it's copyrighted to you if i'm not mistaken which means you would have exclusive rights to the game correct?
[quote] (b) Once a Game is delivered to Licensor hereunder, Licensor shall have unrestricted rights to use, modify, edit, license and sell the Games through any and all electronic media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world, including without limitation through the Website, through electronic delivery mechanisms, and in "hard" or "box" media formats for a period of five years.

A developer makes a great game with V12 and we publish it on the GG site. It becomes a big hit. However, it has some bugs in it, and the developer has moved on to another project and doesn't want to fix them. We need to be able to fix them.
If you notice that is a lot of "ifs". I don't see this actually happening, but we need to be covered if it does.

Our plans are not to do anything with your game. But, we need to be protected. Imagine this scenario:A developer makes a great game with V12 and we publish it on the GG site. It becomes a big hit. However, it has some bugs in it, and the developer has moved on to another project and doesn't want to fix them. We need to be able to fix them.

LOL good point, like if another nihilistic wannabe comes on and acts like nihilistic and leaves bugs and says screw the project. (I think they jsut wanted to sell the engine nad vmapire was to show off the engine but whatever). my friend brought this to my real attention cause he was saying that you guys could make a sequel and use our ideas without us giving consent or anything...
