RTS changes to make ver1.4 compat

I wrote that documentation last week and I did not have the same issues that you experienced compiling 1.3 RTS-SK. If you think you can add to the document please do! Modify the Wiki entry and help build a better TDN. I'm right with you on how documentation is lacking for us new guys starting out with Torque.

When I wrote that article I had to dig through the forums just to get 1.3 to compile on Visual Studio C++ Express 2005. Any luck porting to 1.4? ;)

Some of the things in the full solution won't compile right. Maya2DTS stuff, the Max2DTS. I don't use them and just unchecked them from the project build.

Don't worry about warnings. It's the compiler getting vexed. It will still do the job.
