TDN: What's needed?

Some time ago I promised I would have transcripted documentation on TDN (just before TDN was born) and also to translate some in Italian (I don't know other languages except for English and Italian).
Now I have the right "amount of time" available, so please help me. What documentation sections need to be transcripted and where, what to translate, etc.
Basically, how can I organize my work to match the TDN structure well?

The question is what is the best way to deal with documentation in multiple languages.

Wikipedia keeps multiple domains (en.wikipedia.org, de.wikipedia.org, it.wikipedia.org, etc) with shortcuts in the left navigation pane to each language of an article. This keeps the recient changes list and searches limited to the language your in.

I've seen other wikis deal with it by adding a name (/it, /en, /de, etc) behind the main article path. The article itself manually links to the other languages or in better cases you place automatically generated links in the header/footer/etc. The problem here is that you end up sharing the recent changes list with all languages which makes the list very confusion. Also searches for Torque terms would return hits in other languages... very confusing.

These issues have to be worked out officially before translation should begin.

I don't really know.... what about "piacere di conoscerti", "pasta sugo lego e sego", ihihih, ahahah...?
I don't think this is in Topic, but I already know modus operandi here.
Some people just posts whatever turns them in mind just because is funny, especially when it comes with unbelievable projects. 1) No project is unbelievable for me, just a matter of time and 2) I would really prefer people with fewer trusts to avoid posting in order to not limit trusts on who really wants to do something.
A simple "don't count on me" would have sufficed in all cases I saw, an even simpler no answer at all just resolves everything.

But since I'm not new here, Torque owner from at least a year and something, since I read you on the Italian Torquers thread, since the community is plenty of people joking others in order to dissuase them from any project that sounds more difficult than a pong clone, now I'm a bit touchy.
