Really good question aobut programmign and licensing!!!! PLease

Okay here's the thing. If i get it right do we need the source code much at all with the scripting engine? According to someone in my last post it was stated that the 1 license for the SOURCE CODE needed to be purchased per programmer! But how I see it, and please correct me if i'm worng, the scripting editor should handle the basics of the game, rules, etc.. correct? If so since you only need 1 source code because we will have to edit the netcode a little for an MMORPG, the rest of the game we should be able to do with the scripting engine is this correct? So we would only need 1 licensse for 2 programmers since only 1 will be using the source code...
