Adding a human and a new weapon

I have made mods to the fps starter kit but i want to bring in a human instead of the orc and i would like to give him a different weapon (plasma gun would be cool) any help will be appreciated.

I highly doubt he needs the commercial version of a character pack o.o

The cheapest human player models you can buy ready made for TGE would be Evi Suryani's fine work found at

www.cubixstudio.com

I'm sure you can afford $15-$20 for one of those.
