Fixes still needed?

I'm wondering if these fixes are still required for TGE HEAD:

Fix for the memory manager disabling macros www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=6190

Fix to play OGGs in ZIP www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=6374

    Oggs definately play from zips in HEAD. I don't know about the memory manager.
