Am I dumb or did it mention one of its developing platforms being PS2? I'm not a fan of PS2 in any way but I can't remember this being mentioned before

Transgaming has developed the necessary technology to put Torque onto the PS2. This definately isn't covered as part of your normal indie or commercial lisense through GG though and would be an extra fee (plus the need for PS2 dev kits, etc.).

The water and the terrain looked very good, especially the water. Bumpmapping on interiors wasn't that impressive, but I imagine that's due to a lack of lighting. Weapon looked cool, though very similar to the rocket launcher in ut2k4. Particle effects were pretty average, but overall a pretty nice package.

The graphical aspect looked really cool, but the game play mechanics seem basic.

GG devs, I hope you do this for Xbox360 as well. I can only imagine how beautiful all this will look on a High Def screen.
