pls help me how to load a mission file thru script .let me know any good resources / links.

It isn't as simple as a single line, I would encourage you to start learning the scrips of the common folder, and to purchase Ken Finley's book it will explain the mission loading process in detail, ps I belive there is also a break down of the process as a resource.
