Hi, i just tried the installation tut from wiki.
I followed all commands but when I try to compile a debug version i received errors.

That it created a bat file. Thats no error or something similar.

You need to check the buildlog.htm of the not working parts. as all this parts are opengl related, I would assume that one of the opengl header files is missing or the path not set correctly in the environment variables.

What version of the OS are you running? You are having trouble spawning "cmd.exe"... are you running Windows 95, 98, or ME, by any chance?

Is this Visual C++ 2005 Express? This error looks really odd to me. I've never seen anything quite like this. One thing you could try is to do a Rebuild All (which will result in 4 succeeded, 3 failed) and then do a Build. I've found (particularly with Visual Studio 2005 -- not the Express versions) that the build order is wrong in some cases and doing a second "build" fixes it up.

Jeez... I sure hope not. However, I wrote those tutorials on a clean install of everything and have spoken with numerous users that have succeeded with this tutorial. I'm frankly surprised to see this fall over for you the way that it has. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of how to recommend you proceed. It sure looks like something is wrong with your machine setup, but I just can't be certain. Sorry I can't be more help.

Allright. Currently i cant reinstall my maschine since I have important client work to do. But when Iam done with the current project I will reinstall everyting. Just windows XP, needed driver and I will follow your tutorial again. Hopefully it will run than :o)Be back on it in a week. Thanks for your help Jason. Hopefully i can fix it.

select "Reset all settings" (you can export your windows layout and other stuff before and reimport it later)
close visual studio
open visual studio (import your windows layouts etc now)
