Lightwave 7.5

Hi all,
In our office we use mostly Windows Pcs, and all our game art was created using 3DMax, in the 3d modeling area speaking of course, we have also used Hammer for all the dif creation. Our game site is www.theelixir.com.ar.
The reason I am making this post, is to ask for some lightwave tutorial for torque, meaning, rigging the character, animating, exporting etc. I have already installed the plugin created by Dave. I am trying Lightwave 7.5, running Mac OSx TIGER, last upgrade in a G5 1.8 PowerPC.
We have no problems working in max with windows pcs, but I was wondering how good was lightwave for working with torque, I really love lightwave, and I am quite familiar with it.
This is just for learning purposes. I would apreciate any answers.

Lol.. I think kinda like you, I am rightnow modeling a human figure, posted some images at my blog, is in spanish anyway. The thing is that I dont know how to use the TGE Exporter yet, neither how to rig a skeleton. I was wondering if there is any TGE Lightwave tutorial available.Thanks in advance..

Riging is kinda standard lightwave... Its the same.. you just have to reamber to include 2 nulls (at minimmum)
Eye and Cam. The "eye" null is for the cameria to atach to in first persion and the "cam" if for 3d.

Perfect, I didnt see that documentation yet nor the tutorials in that page, I dont know why! :D I am checking that right now.!..Thanks!

and becouse of that, its easer to model in lightwave (as max has a CAD background and line of thinking to make meshses "shutter") and get things right into torque. There isnt much that max can do that lightwave cant do , if not better, easer, and more simply.
The max exporter works more like some command line app... The lightwave one is full GUI with artiests in mind.
This is mostley opinion... but im right.

I mean come on! max thinks that defuse is a color chanel!
