I know most of us are developing games, a good handful want to make Massive Multiplayer Games with a real time world. Its a bit tough with Torque, as its not built to do that. If your like me you want an easy solution, that will also let you learn torque while you go along, and have a great support community to help me out along the way. Your all in luck. Why not just buy Minions of Mirth from www.prairiegames.com. For a one time payment of $30 you get to play the game and get full source with the download, including the ability to modify the entire game and launch your own server.

I searched the website as thuroughly as I could. It seems that all that wonderful stuff listed above is the "will" happen sort. There doesn't seem to be a completed, or even prototyped MMORPG running. Am I to understand that what is being sold here is the ability to access someone's work-in-progress as they attempt to build an MMORPG? A futures market on development projects?Why not just buy Minions of Mirth from www.prairiegames.com. You don't get the full source to MoM. Back when it was based on Quake II, you would have. But not since the technology shift.

With MoM, you get the full source of the server and the RPG database stuff, which is mostly in Python. The actual Torque engine source is not released.
