Sourceforge like site.

HI!
I'm wondering if anyone has come across any site that is like source forge.
I'm looking for some sort of repository for others on my team to have accesses to, but I lack the funds and knowledge to set up my own SVN server.
I have been looking at sourcefoge but I don't think it meets my needs, as my project isn't really public, and while I don't have plans to sell it or charge for the final release yet, I want to keep that open as a possibility.
Most of the licenses over there allow anyone to get, and edit my game; I'm not cool with that.
Has GG looked into providing a service for this again? I would pay....
But, if anyone knows of another site or service that a New to SVN user can use I would be really thank full.
Also, as a side note, I would not ever be posting the source code for the engine... I just need a place where all on my team (inexperienced team it is) can make changes to sound and art and scripts and have version checking and whatnot to support the development.
Thanks.

Their free service is pretty decent and their fee service is cheap.
