Centralized location for getting started topics?

Hi all.
I'm getting back to Torque after trying it mid last year.
At that time I just got totally overwhelmed and kind of threw in the towel.
I have, what I think, is a pretty good idea for a game and don't want the same thing to happen again.
I do have the book and have been re-reading that, but is there somewhere that is a centralized location for Torque documentation and tutorials.
I've seen the wiki, but it's incomplete.
Just trying to find information without having to search for up to an hour or more every time I'm stuck on something.
I really want to give this another go without getting so overwhelmed with trying to collect all the information.
Thanks for any info.
