Access to pages I shouldn't have?

I happened to be on TDN & did a search for Atlas & came up with this page: tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/TSE/Atlas. I don't have TSE yet, should I be able to access this page?

Meh, it's probably okay to err on the side of more access than less. The big hissy fit a lot of TGB owners have is not being able to see TGE resources.
