Feb Sdk/tge Help

I've downloaded the Dec. 2005 and Feb 2006 DirectX getting ready to use TGE. I"ve used the TSE before but my computer was stolen so I am stating over on a new this time I downloaded the Dec.2005 anf the Feb. SDK can someone help me on how to use this . Also how to get started on the TGE and odwn load the source code.
