Whoops! Wrong Way

I animated my character the wrong way - so its facing backward in the game. I can't rotate the object in Lightwave because the IK is dependent on it. I added a bounding box and spun it 180 then tagged it as "bounds" and a NULL in the DTS file and that didn't change the orientation like the forums say.
What else can I do, without resorting to re animating the entire character again?
I know, I know - I should have known better, I just didn't notice when I was working on it, until I put the character in the game. So I'm willing to redo it, but it would be nice if there's a rotation command or something that would work for the time being.
I promise I won't do it again :)

I found one solution, just to follow up. However it doesn't work all the way to the DTS, but it's good for Lightwave. I added a scene null, which was a parent to my object, bones and goal nulls, then rotated that. All the IK stayed intact. However when I exported it to DTS it looked like this... so I just started again...
