Commercial EULA clarification

Hi Guys,
I'd like like someone, if at all possible, to clarify a point in the commercial EULA. More specifically, the point:
(a) Licensee may not: . . . (v) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Engine.
I'm wondering what, specifically, consitutes a 'trademark' or 'logo' in this instance. For example, I don't think it's unreasonable to want to change the icon compiled into the release .exe file to display your game's logo instead of the T2D one. Is it necessary to distribute T2D EULA copyright notices along with your game?
Thanks

As David implies, you can't go around deleting the headers in the c++/.cs files and then call the code your own. Obvious to most folks, but trust me, it's there in the EULA for a reason :(

You cannot claim that you built T2D/TGB all by your lonesome, though. Even if you did push the compile button.
