AgentSheets tutorial(s)?

Hey there all. I downloaded Agent Sheets a little while ago, It looked useful for beginners (moi), and I wanted to try it out. Trouble is... I can't figure out how to use it. -_- I've looked around, even gone to the official website, and I can't find anything more than one tutorial... for something I don't want to do. Any resources would be helpful. Thanks! :)
