The Commercial version of the licencse is made for this case, as it exists on a per seat basis, so you can have one person in your company using it, and if they leave, it can be moved over to another person. So pay up the extra for the Commercial Licencse if you want it for use in your business like that.

Paul is correct.

We have *long* had a Commercial License that is intended for exactly this situation. The seat is tied to your company as a seat that you can have different programmers fill as your business/needs/employees change (only one at a time...if you have more than one programmer you need to purchase more than one seat).

You are currently violating the EULA and need to come into compliance with it.
