where to buy ms visual c++ 6.0 ?

I've been looking to get visual c++ 6.0 (std. ed.) and can't find it anywhere. Every retailer only has visual c++.Net and it seems that people are having some problems with it and torque -- so I'd like to stay away from that version. Other than ebay (which I don't trust for software), does anyone know an online retailer that is still selling 6.0?

any help appreciated.

The only version I knew that was $100 for the VC++ 6 family was the Learning Edition. And I believe that had clause that you were not able to distrubute any EXE or DLLs created with it because it was solely only for your learning expierence. With that said I wonder if MS watermarks the EXE or DLLs created with VC 6 Learning Edition?!?!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

nah i remember seeing VC++ 6 standard for $100 but that was a long time ago.

gave in and went to the znet sites...turns out they are all out of stock (not to mention the price of $235 was only for the *upgrade*). I guess MS has got me and I'll have to scrouge up $500 if I want to play....:(
