All of your questions can be answered in the Torque Game engine page.

There are only a few models included with the engine, there is the Ork, a couple of small structures, and a crossbow, so you'll be a little low on models to work with. However, there are some content packs available so you could have something to work with. Also some various models and things on the web and this forum. Try GameBeavers or DigitalBoneYard for those.

Good luck with your efforts, Bala.

The resources section of GG has a mess of tutorials from what i understand. the starter kits that come with the engine are a tutorial of sorts...

@Bala

TGE 1.4 comes with demos of Racing and FPS.
On top of that, there's a tutorial kit that comes with a pdf file which guide you through world editor ,Terrain editing, UI ...etc.

That's not the end. Like what Jason mentioned, there are tons of resources from the community.
Furthermore, TDN(Torque Developer Network) and Elixir which is a source code documentation viewing web app are on the list.

And franky, I dun encourage you to have the impressive that all these resourses can really help you to finish a game/project in a month for one who's not familiar with TGE yet. It's really subjective :)

And so you know, TGE is a downloadable product so once your payment has gone through you get to download it through a link which can be found in your account page.

You need all of us to help you to make a game in a month?

you will surely receive help from the community but to finish a game in a month? It may take you more than that if you do not spend all your time on TGE to learn what to do with it.

I mean, we have no idea what your programming skills are, what type of game you want/need to make, what level of polish you want/need.

But even with community help you will need to do most of the work yourself and if you are new to programming and of course to TGE it will be a bit of a tack to even put sample/community code together to get a game out of it

just a reality check

good luck, let us know what you do next.
