Help at Animating a moving box in maya and out to torque

Help at Animating a moving box in maya and out to torque

can't get it to work in the torque I realy need a good walkthough in how to do it
I look though the forums but can't find one that goes though step by step
need help on setup in maya and exporting it to torque and place the right files in the right place
and if I need to make a script for it
all I need is a box moving up & down
been looking all day for a good tutorial and getting sick of looking for one if some one could write one or
point me to some one who could that would be great

maya 7.0
mayadts exporter
VC++ 2005 express
photoshop CS2
