Some of the Fields in Particle Editor are Not Visible

I was working my way through the Particle Editor Tutorial when I realized that there are elements of the left hand side panel that I can't access. When Torque runs on my system (WindowsXP, Pentium 4 2.4Ghz, Radeon 1800 Pro video card), it launches fine and I've gotten through the basic tutorial. When I open up the particle editor there is a scrollable panel on the left hand side. I can only see the top half of the Graph Field sub-panel. The edit and add buttons aren't accessible. There is a scroll slider that moves a little bit, but it's like the T2D window is cutting off what should be displayed.

How can I fix this? Thanks.
