Tutorial for making cars?

Is there a Tutorial out there on how to make a car in the Torque engine? showing how to insert the shocks and wheels properly or is it just trial and error method?

as of now there is no tutorial out, this past week I got a wheeled vehicle in the most recent head version. . .untill I can get a tutorial done check the resource section for the 3tanks example it has .max examples for both tire and body setup.
