Purchase TGE

If I purchase TGE , how to downlad and how to use it? does it need to setup? does it need decode?

You download from the site, you can always re down load by going to your profile page.

Read all the docs that come with it, it will take a while but if you are persistant and ask question here on the forum you will figure it out.

Setup/Decode you will need a compiler if you plan on altering the C code, but if you are new to game development, you can Mod the existing executable and scripts, there is a lot of flexability build into standard Torque. I would recommend this book if you don't already understand the principals of scripting and modding.
