Do I need to spend extra money to buy network lib and tools?

I see torque game engine , it just need 100$ to buy.
and I see somewhere page, it list price separately for network lib and tools.
who give me a complete and definite price for torque ? thx.

You don't have to purchase it separately.

The Torque Network Library is for game engines which need TGE's robust network environment.You don't have to purchase it separately.

The tools:
ShowTool Pro
RTS Starter Kit
Lighting Kit
Constructor
Ragdoll Pack
Are all extra.
Depending on your need you might not need any of those tools. Certainly you could create your own RTS without the RTS Starter kit, but it would save you time if you were looking at an RTS.

It is because it is a specialized library. Specificity means a different pricing scheme. It is made for easy integration into other engines. This split from TGE took time and money to produce. It also means that other engines can use the power of TGE's networking without taking the manhours to strip the netcode themselves. That alone is worth the price of admission.
