A game where brain is required

Hi i have just come up with an idea. I dont know anything about modeling or game coding (just a little Turbo Pascal which is completely out of date) so i think i will just write it here and have someone make the dream come true.
Why dont we make a some small game that require some logic or constructive (hope it's right) thoughts and also funny which can help the player relax instead of a heavy game with real images and fighting all day? The idea is about a game where each mission set out a goal that player must fulfil (like launch a mini rocket toy or break some glass or help some mice get through a cat or something like that) by using things that are provided with limited types and quantities (like a torch and lens to fire the rocket, a box with a fist tied with spring inside which will pop out when the wheel outside rotate enough, etc). There will be 1 event to trigger the mission (like a ball will fall somewhere or a motor, etc) and the player will have to use the items to creat a chain reaction and finally fulfil the goal.
For this is a small game, we can make it with 2D engine, the images dont need to be flashy real but way simple and funny and i think the modeling and coding will be quite easy ( it can even be done by java or last time i tried by pascal it worked a bit but way sucked due to poor coding skill and poor images provided by pascal). But the hard nut is the thought about the construction each mission which requires high imagination and logical thoughts. However it can become an advantage because the game can be eternal with regular mission update from the producer and even from players.
This is only an idea with some primitive thoughts, dont get on me too hard please >_<. In addition, i dont have any intention to copy the "Chain Reaction" game i saw in the game demo download for i have never played it. Thanks for reading my opinion.
