Why does the official doc only document 8 functions?

So, I'm looking through "The Official Torque Game Engine Documentation" here:

... and notice that only 8 functions are documented (and it's for 1.3 no less). All the searches I've performed from the GG home page for "function documentation" or "torquescript documentation" invariably point me to this resource -- and it claims to be The Official Torquescript Documentation.
Why are only 8 functions documented here?
