I like the look, its stylized and I'm sure will be nice once textured. Its fair to say though you could increase your poly count a bit more for detail, even for an MMO. Good work!

I think the arms/shoulders need to be lower, he isnt sitting very well at the moment the arms are throwing him off.

Ron, are we looking at the model with sub-d on?
If yes, it would be good to see it without to get a sense off how the polys are flowing as it looks a bit undefined at the moment.
To Andrew's point, his head does look like it sticking out of his chest. If you want it this low, you'll have to arch the back more - trace an imaginary line where is spine would be if he were real and that will inform how you model that. I see what you're after here but you need to watch the anatomy.

Will his thighs be covered in fur? I notice the top of his thighs around the knee look a bit... odd, could be how it's shading - I'd check your profiles there.

I think you need to define the hoofs a bit more and pull the back of them back in a bit - looks more like a pad right now.

Good start! Keep working at it. I'm learning myself and it's getting better :)

Cheers!

You're also going to want to take a look at how you build the elbows, knees and ankles and make sure you're set up to bend properly. It will be important as you get to the rigging and animation part of the character so you can get pleasing mesh deformation with as few virtual bones as possible. Especially in a situation where you might want to have lots of characters on screen, like an MMO.

The other crits are excellent places to work on next, please keep us updated as it's a great start and a fun interpretation of a minotaur!

@Andrew
Since the last post before yours was in January, I wouldn't expect that you would be able to see it except in game screenshots...
