Yes.... i did this mistake when i export the mesh for the first time. i rectified this error now..I did model in 3d Studio max 8.0. is this the reason for the my problem? Is modelling easier in Quark than 3dstudio max?!

Well, it is made specifically for map files rather than using GLB to approximate your map through export. GLB does a great job from what I understand, but no polysoup->brush exporter is perfect.

if a model/element is so small(it says it's a micromesh), it is not getting exported.

Is there any limitations in 3dsmax modelling for DIF exporting (no. of maps to be used and no. of boxes).if a model/element is so small(it says it's a micromesh), it is not getting exported.

It would be best to read the Game Level Builder documentation and see what the limitations are for exporting Map files. I do not use Max or GLB so I'm not much help. I have just used a number of other Map exporters for polysoup applications. GLB seems to be one of the better ones, but it will have its quirks.

Your best bet with GLB is to export the map geomtry with his map exporter load it into Quark and texture it there. I think GLB 2.2 has a syntax error in the map file that Quark doesn't like so you will have to go in and manually edit somthing. Its real obvious if take a look at a map file put out by Quark and one put out by GLB. Might have been resovled thow since the last time I used it.
GLB3.0 has 2 formats of map file. Only one of them loads into quark.
I don't think GLB has any limits as far as exporting. You'll find most of the limitation is in MAP2DIF but that shouldn't be a problem either with map2dif_plus..

GLB has level bounds. Its a RED Spline around the building area. If you exceed that most likely you will not be able to run it, if map2dif compiles it. You may be missing a texture that your dif file is using. Please make sure that you copy over all your textures along with the .dif file, and that the textures were available to the exporter (in the same directory as the map file) when you exported.
