Creating and Implementing a vehicle

Hi Guys

Right, I've got my head around DTS exporting, collision etc etc. I'm using the fps as a startpoint for my game, but want to stick a kind of sooting hovervehicle in there instead. Any idea how I get this in game? The Advance tutorial in TDN isn't working. Anyone got a link to it?
