What does DTS stand for?

The question is more curiosity than anything else. I know DIF is Dynamix Interior Format (right?) but what does DTS standfor?

I'm thinking Dynamix * Shape? Maybe?

Ahh, that's right. I heard that name along time ago "3space".

The new tdn doc on DTS even says.."Dynamix Three Space". I don't know why I missed that.
