No new resources for a month?

Is it normal for resources to only be added to the site once a month? If so, I can see why you want to move to a wiki. However, I notice that the most recent resource is nearly a month old, and since I submitted one myself not long after that one was approved, I'm wondering how many other unapproved resources are sitting out there.
