Indie license and Torque Lighting Kit

by Rafael Rico · in Torque Game Engine · 01/12/2006 (2:22 am) · 5 replies

I have the TGE indice license an the TLK.

While making my game I was proposed to
make a "virtual tour" application. I think
tge is perfect for the job.
Since it's not a game I need the commercial
license.

My question is: if i get the TGE commercial
license could I make the app with TLK or do I
need a TLK commercial license ?

Excuse me for my bad english and thank you
in advance.

Hi.
As far as I know, you will need a commercial license of the TLK as well. You should be able to upgrade your actual indie license to the commercial one.

Thanks Jacopo.

I think your are right, the TLK eula says:
"...solely for the purpose of developing Games..."

But I don't see how to upgrade the
TLK indie license...
