What will Constructor do for me?

Just looking for a some quick answers to what Constructor will be?
Is it just a building maker?
Can it make Character Models?
Can it make Maps?
Do I use it to skin the models as well?

Yes, it's an Interior modeling proogram.
Can it make Character Models?
No

I would think so.

You can apply textures to the models you make.
