Marble Blast on XBOX

I've read somewhere that Marble Blast now available on XBOX. I've bought one and I want MB on it. Where can I get it?

This is built in to the 360, as soon as Marble Blast Ultra is released (very soon), you will be able to purchase it on Live Arcade if you have an internet connection.

You should be able to get a Live Arcade disk at your friendly game retailer.

Everything is fine except using Live in MB. If I let MB sign in It will freeze after each level completion. It fails uploading score and freezes. Xbox is behind a D-Link router, network gaming is working as it should be. Marble Blast is the only exception. I can sign into Live from MB but Xbox Live Options menu does nothing if I try to enter.
I removed MB and downloaded again but didn't help.
